New Boarding Policy

In an effort to make your fur baby's stay with us as fun as possible without you here, we are implementing some new enrichment procedures. All dogs staying with us will be walked four times a day. One of those walks will be time in our play park. The play park is completely fenced; your dog will be out in the park by himself (or with his sibling should they both be here) with a staff member. The park has plenty of toys and room to run, but if your pet has a favorite toy to chase (frisbee, ball, etc) feel free to bring that along for us to take out with him.
To make your pet's stay more like home, you are welcome to bring blankets or beds (provided they are machine washable and not over sized). If there are favorite treats or special food we welcome you to bring those also. At check in we will ask you to provide us with instructions for feeding and treats. You may also request that your pet is taken out in the play park twice daily (for an additional fee).

This change is part of our ongoing effort to make our facility a fear free environment. Many leading behaviourists feel that environmental enrichment is of extreme importance to all animals, but especially those in a kennel situation. We also have available nutraceuticals to aid in calming the more anxious or stressed pets. Please feel free to discuss any concerns you have about your pet's behavior with the staff before boarding.

As a result of the increased time, we will be spending with each pet, the cost of boarding will be increasing. We feel this change in policy will benefit the animals immensely.
